First of all, we are back from our Labor Day break! Our Summer 2022 Issue is here, and we’re hosting a Launch Party at Maria’s Packaged Goods and Community Bar in Chicago’s Bridgeport neighborhood to celebrate the release!

Join us to mix and mingle with fellow Jewish Currents lovers in Maria’s hybrid indoor/outdoors bar space. Grab a drink or a snack, check out the summer issue, and snag a new Jewish Currents tote.

Maria’s is wheelchair-accessible venue with an indoor bar and outdoor patios. The bar will be open to the public as well as to party-goers, so we strongly encourage vaccinations against Covid-19 and mask use indoors, but they are not mandated.
