Israeli forces attack Palestinian protesters demonstrating against a new settler outpost in the West Bank village of Umm Safa on July 14th. Within days of establishing the outpost—a settlement built without explicit government authorization—last month, settlers began attacking Palestinians in the village, setting cars on fire and shooting at residents.
