Polina Barskova is a poet and a scholar. She is the author of two books of prose and twelve collections of poems in Russian — most recently, Air Raid: Selected Poems (Ugly Duckling Presse) — and has four collections of poetry published in English translation. Her collection of creative nonfiction, ​“Living Pictures,” is forthcoming in English with The New York Review of Books. In 2021, she will be teaching Russian Literature at the University of California at Berkeley.
